Application Description:An app to help clinicians sort out the complex array of guidelines issued by the ADA, the AACE, and our own institution with regards to the approach towards antihyperglycemic management in type 2 diabetics. Based on a simple set of yes/no questions and renal function, the app will provide a prioritized list of medications for management of patients based on these published guidelines. Individual patient management is still solely at the discretion of the provider. To be used by physicians, advanced practice providers, and anyone else interested in learning more about type II diabetes management in the outpatient setting.
