https://cernercarewww.emoryhealthcare.com/accounts/create and create one. Be careful with the password because it's very hard to change it.

Login to the Cerner Developer Portal

If you have an account log into the developer portal at https://code.cerner.com/developer/smart-on-fhir/apps. Register your application. Test your application. If you have questions or need test data, consult the Cerner FHIR Developer's Group at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/cerner-fhir-developers
